We are Hiring HR Executive for our IT Software Company Logical Soft Tech Pvt Ltd, Indore(M.P) 1) Job location :- Indore (M.P) 2) Female with good communication Hindi or English needed 3) Experience : Minimum 6 months in IT domain HR or in HR Counseling or Training Institute experienced or in Academics either in IT field or any Academic or Education Sector can also apply Roles and Responsibilities : - 1) Cold calling on the data given for fresher Hiring and motivate fresher to join our Internship /training program 2) Posting of Internship program on different free job portal and Social media channels 3) Able to do Digital marketing , making banners , posters, small introductory video shoot for ads 4) Tie upping with Colleges , institutes , or other media to get internship fresher candidates 5) Convincing and polite nature with soft voice and good personality 6) She can onboard vendor to do registration on our IT inhouse products 7) making excel , reports , generating new ideas and leads , making presentation or can give seminars to the colleges for fresher student 8) Need fast learn and become technical , Target oriented, expertise in Hiring , posting , mailing , messaging , taking part in co curricular activities, managing leaves , attendance etc 9) Incentives and perks also time to time if work is good ******** If anyone interested then Please come for Interview with the updated photo on CV Monday to Saturday 11 Am to 6 P.M.
