Job Description

You will play a crucial role in the success of Licious as a Bengaluru based meat and seafood company. Your responsibilities will include: - Recruitment: You will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, offering, and onboarding new team members. - Culture: Engage with all members in the plant and proactively identify and address areas where trust can be built. - Engagement: Design and implement an engagement agenda for the plant to ensure a positive work environment. - Analytics: Actively track leading HR metrics and take steps to improve the plant's performance through data-driven decisions. - Admin: Serve as the single point of contact for all HR operational requirements for team members. - Contract Labour: Ensure compliance and availability of contract labour as per the requirement of the plant. - Compliance: Adhere to laws, file returns, liaison with local officials, and representatives to ensure legal compliance. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 3 to 5 years of experience working in the Manufacturing industry will be preferred. - Accountability: Display ownership of your work and ensure that deliverables are completed on time with quality. - Initiative: Be the peoples champion in the unit, able to spot trends on the shop floor, and develop solutions proactively. - People Connect: Enjoy engaging with people, collaborating with them as their partner, and building trust. - Analytics: Ability to understand the plant's operations, identify and improve important metrics such as culture, cost, and quality. - Education: Preference for candidates with a Master's in Social Welfare or MBA.,
