Job Summary:

We're looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth on-boarding of new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and shortlisting.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

Handle on-boarding of new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and introduction to company policies.

Maintain accurate records of recruitment, interviews, and on-boarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and improve recruitment processes.

Requirements:

Degree in HR or related field.

1 years of experience in HR, focusing on recruitment and on-boarding.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
