Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and process-driven HR Executive with 2-3 years of experience to support recruitment, HR operations, and compliance. Candidates with a background in manufacturing, HVAC, MEP, construction, or turnkey project environments will be given preference. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AI tools, advanced Excel, and must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
