About the role We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR- Incharge to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, within the industrial sector. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Support onboarding processes and facilitate new hire orientations.
