Job Title: HR Executive Immediate Joiner Preferred Location: Chennai Net Salary: 18,000 20,000 per month (based on experience and skill). Willing to pay higher for the right candidate. Experience: 1 or 2 years in HR (preferred in small or mid-sized companies/startups) Job Type: Full-time | 6 Days a Week | Sunday Off Key Responsibilities: Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities Maintain employee records and daily attendance reports Support performance tracking and feedback systems Address team conflicts and assist in maintaining discipline Draft and enforce HR policies aligned with company goals Ensure confidentiality and a neutral approach in handling issues Coordinate with management for team audits and improvements Preferred Qualities: Strong decision-making and communication skills Ability to remain objective and firm Discreet, reliable, and process-oriented Fluent in English and Tamil Why Join Us?
