Work Location: Kanha Shanti Vanam, Hyderabad https://g.co/kgs/4EiMgu Job Summary: HR Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating human resources activities in the nursery and plantation sector. This includes recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and ensuring a positive work environment. The role requires a hands-on approach to HR management, with a focus on employee well-being and productivity in a rural/agricultural setting. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment / Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles in the nursery and plantation. Develop job descriptions, role profiles, and other necessary documentation for new positions. Work with local agencies and community groups to source seasonal and permanent workers. Onboarding and Training: Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation, training programs, and introduction to company policies. Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner. Foster a positive work environment by promoting good communication, teamwork, and employee engagement. Conduct regular meetings with employees to understand their needs and feedback. Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in labor laws that may affect the organization. Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies and other regulatory bodies. Health and Safety: Implement and monitor health and safety policies in the workplace. Conduct regular safety audits and ensure that all employees are trained in safety procedures. Address any workplace hazards and ensure a safe working environment. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems. Coordinate performance reviews and provide guidance on employee development plans. Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans. Administrative Duties: Maintain employee records and HR databases. Prepare HR reports and presentations as required by management. Assist in HR projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an agricultural, plantation, or similar environment. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Preferred: Experience in managing HR in a rural or agricultural setting. Familiarity with local community and labor market dynamics. Knowledge of local languages and cultural practices.
