Job Description

As an HR professional, you will be responsible for various key tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Your role will include: - Overseeing talent acquisition, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees. - Managing employee relations by handling grievances, conflicts, and promoting positive workplace relationships. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. - Coordinating performance management activities such as employee reviews and development plans. - Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures. - Organizing training sessions and programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. - Maintaining accurate employee records and generating HR reports. In addition to the key responsibilities, the job also requires: - Experience in HR for at least 1 year. - Fluency in English is preferred. This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits.
