HIRING: HR Specialist

Join Store Transform! We're seeking a driven HR Specialist to build our team and manage the full employee lifecycle. You'll excel in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, particularly in technical roles, while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities:

1. HR Automation & Systems

• Manage and configure HR automation tools, HRIS, and workflow systems.

2. HR Operations

• Handle daily HR activities including onboarding, employee documentation, and HR compliance.
• Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
• Manage induction, exit formalities, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Support policy implementation, audits, and HR SOP creation.

3. Recruitment Support

• Coordinate with recruitment teams for interview scheduling and candidate management.
• Ensure seamless onboarding workflow using automation tools.

4. Employee Engagement & Support

• Assist in planning engagement activities and company events.
• Respond to employee queries related to HR processes, attendance, and systems.

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Generate periodic HR reports (attendance, productivity, attrition, leave, compliance).
• Use automation to reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency.
• Automate manual HR processes (attendance, onboarding, offboarding, leave, documentation, etc.).
• Collaborate with tech teams for system integration (HRIS, payroll, CRM, performance tools).
• Create dashboards, HR metrics, and automated reports.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR.
• Proven expertise in technical screening and hiring.
• Proficiency in HRMS, payroll, and attendance management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
