We are looking for a proactive and confident HR Executive (Female) to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of experience. You will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. In this role, you will also ensure seamless communication between English and Telugu-speaking stakeholders while reporting directly to the HR Manager. ______________ Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support: Source and screen candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes for new hires. Employee Engagement: Facilitate smooth onboarding and address employee queries or concerns. Organize team-building activities, workshops, and recognition programs to boost morale. Administration: Manage essential documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and exit formalities. Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with company standards and labor laws. Communication: Serve as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring clear and timely communication. Resolve HR-related queries promptly in both English and Telugu. Additional Responsibilities: Support performance management processes, including appraisal cycles and feedback mechanisms. Assist with HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency and culture. ______________ Required Skills & Qualifications Languages: Fluency in English and Telugu (both written and spoken). Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization. Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, resourceful, and adept at problem-solving. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is an added advantage. Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Soft Skills: Positive attitude, strong teamwork orientation, and keen attention to detail. ______________ Preferred Skills Prior HR internships or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, HR Analytics) are a plus.
