Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment and new hire integration. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts & Employee Engagement. Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals and development plans. Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain HR policies. Training & Development: Implement employee training programs. Compensation & Benefits: Assist with salary and benefits administration. HR Analytics: Track and report on key HR metrics.
