Maintain structured recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closures. Build and maintain a talent pool for recurring roles. 2. Onboarding & OffboardingPrepare offer letters, employment contracts, and joining formalities. Run structured onboarding: documentation, induction, systems access. Handle exit process: resignations, F&F coordination, exit interviews. 3. HR Operations & AdministrationMaintain employee records, HRIS data, and documentation accuracy. Manage attendance, leaves, and time-tracking issues. Handle day-to-day queries and policy clarifications. 4. Payroll CoordinationCollate attendance, leaves, and variable components. Work with finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Track statutory deductions, reimbursements, and claims. 5. Compliance & PoliciesEnsure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.). Maintain statutory registers and support audits when needed. Draft, update, and enforce HR policies. 6. Employee Engagement & CulturePlan basic engagement activities without wasting money/time. Mediate conflicts with logic and fairness, not emotion. Maintain a clean communication channel between employees and management. 7. Performance & DisciplineAssist managers in goal-setting, reviews, and documentation. Flag underperformance early — don’t wait for issues to escalate. Maintain warnings, improvement plans, and disciplinary records.
