Job Title: Human Resources Executive Location: Gurugram Company: Doors Studio (Signtific Advertising Pvt. Ltd.) Experience: 1–3 years Reports to: CEO Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to support our growing team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, overseeing HR operations, engaging employees through initiatives, maintaining HR documentation, and assisting in the development and implementation of company policies. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers HR Operations & Documentation Maintain and update employee records (joining kits, ID cards, HRIS) Handle employment letters, contracts, exit documentation, etc. Support payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, etc.) Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Employee Engagement Plan and execute engagement activities (celebrations, offsites, wellness, etc.) Conduct feedback sessions and engagement surveys Coordinate training & development sessions Policy & Compliance Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs Help communicate policies clearly to teams Monitor adherence and propose improvements when required Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or a related field 1–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role Good knowledge of HR processes and Indian labor laws Proficiency in MS Office and Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player Nice to Have: Experience working in creative/advertising/digital agencies Familiarity with HRMS tools like Zoho People, Keka, etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,627.69 - ₹34,345.18 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Current CTC Expected CTC Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
