We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Executive/ HR Executive to manage and ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESIC), and Labour Welfare. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: PF Management: Ensure timely registration and enrollment of employees under the Provident Fund scheme. Calculate and process PF contributions accurately and in accordance with statutory guidelines. Prepare and submit monthly PF returns and challans to the relevant authorities. Facilitate employee PF withdrawals, transfers, and loans, addressing any related grievances. ESIC Compliance: Ensure timely registration of eligible employees under the ESIC scheme. Manage accurate filing of monthly and annual ESIC returns. Liaise with ESIC authorities for audits and resolve any compliance-related queries. Handle employee claims related to ESIC benefits such as medical and maternity claims. Labour Welfare Compliance: Monitor compliance with applicable labour welfare laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and statutory requirements. Maintain up-to-date records of all compliance activities, including contributions, returns, and correspondence.
