HR EXECUTIVE- Night shift only. Job Summary Privately owned since Oct. 2010, Communication Solutions is an offshore outsourcing company that offers solutions related to back-office research, development, analysis, and consultancy for top US brands across retail, hospitality, F&B, and real estate sectors. We’re looking for a creative individual to join us as an HR executive for a full-time position- Night shift only in our Dehradun (Uttarakhand) office. Roles & Responsibilities: ● Advertise job openings & source potential candidates on the company’s careers page, social media, and job boards such as Indeed, Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc. ● Screen incoming resumes, interview candidates and craft recruiting emails to attract them. ● Prepare and distribute appropriate role-based tests. ● Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits. ● Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire. ● Collaborate with Manager and Team Leads to identify future hiring needs. ● Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard. Education & Other Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree & Min. 2 years of recruiting experience with excellent spoken and written English skills. ● Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. ● Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships. ● Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates.
