POSITION- HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive Experience Required: 1–2 Years Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Location: Worli, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and general administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Coordinate and support training and development programs. Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Handle day-to-day HR queries and employee concerns. Support performance management and employee appraisal processes. Organize employee engagement and welfare activities. Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Make arrangements for office parties, festivals, and celebrations, including coordinating vendors, decorations, and supplies as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant HR experience. Good understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
