Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Sector 48, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain work structure by updating Job Requirements and overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Implement new company policies and monitor internal HR systems and databases.
Recommend new software to address personnel needs, such as performance review tools.
Address employee queries on compensation, labor regulations, and other relevant topics.
Manage the recruiting and hiring process, including preparing employees for assignments through orientation and training programs.
Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (B.B.A or M.B.A/PGDM).
Strong knowledge of HR operations, including onboarding, joining formalities, payroll, and exit formalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using HR software and systems, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
