Job Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, selection, interviews, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth induction process aligned with company standards. Employee Relations: Actively address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture. Compensation and Benefits: Administer and manage salary structures, employee benefits programs, and ensure compliance with all compensation-related policies and procedures. Performance Management: Design and implement effective performance management systems, conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and recognize employee contributions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
