HR Executive

As a Human Resources professional, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Your responsibilities will include job postings, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires. Your strong knowledge of HR processes and practices will be instrumental in actively participating in day-to-day HR activities such as employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes - Conduct job postings, source candidates, and conduct interviews - Facilitate the onboarding of new hires - Actively participate in day-to-day HR activities - Plan and conduct employee engagement programs - Initiate and support programs to enhance employee satisfaction and company culture - Prepare and maintain reports on HR-related activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 1 year of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and HR administrative activities - Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - A proactive approach and willingness to take on new challenges What We Offer: - A supportive and growth-oriented work environment - Opportunities to develop and enhance HR skills - Competitive compensation and benefits - A chance to be a part of a dynamic team within a leading company Please note that the work location for this position is in Edappal, Kerala.
