Job Title: HR Executive, Recruiter & HR Operations Specialist Job Summary The HR Executive, Recruiter & HR Operations Specialist is responsible for driving both talent acquisition and the efficient operation of HR functions. This role requires managing the full-cycle recruitment process, implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting overall employee engagement and development. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at balancing strategic HR initiatives with daily operational tasks. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting candidate assessments. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Interview Coordination: Organize and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other relevant team members, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Offer Management & Onboarding: Negotiate employment offers and oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the organization. HR Operations & Administration Policy & Procedure Implementation: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational standards. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, conflict resolution, and performance concerns while maintaining confidentiality. HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, manage employee data through HRIS, and assist with payroll administration and benefits management. Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisal processes, provide support for employee development programs, and track performance metrics. Training & Development: Organize and facilitate orientation sessions, training programs, and professional development workshops. HR Analytics & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on key HR metrics to drive improvements in recruitment, retention, and overall operational efficiency. Strategic & Continuous Improvement Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement within recruitment and HR operations and propose solutions to streamline processes. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all HR practices are in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and senior management to align HR initiatives with the organizations strategic objectives. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or a combination of both. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS software, and MS Office applications. Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities. Preferred Attributes Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze HR data and trends to inform strategic decisions. Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
