Job Description

Job Responsibilities Adherence of established process of recruitment Coordinate with Client to identify staffing needs. Sourcing candidates from the best possible recruitment methods and techniques in accordance with recruitment process Plan and conduct the interviews Maintain appropriate documentation in accordance with the established process Joining of selected candidates within the agreed timeline Closing the position within given TAT. Coordinate with respective functional heads and candidates for timely deployment and tracking of new recruits. Coordinating and providing data to HR Team of new employees Readiness of updated database of potential candidates. Periodically refine and update database of potential candidates for future reference. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Coordination with Compliance & Payroll for Data of Employees working on site
