Roles and Responsibilities Interested Candidated Can Contact - 77720 90979 Handle payroll, ensuring accurate salary processing and timely disbursement. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and interview schedules. Desired Candidate Profile Only male candidates can apply 2-5 years of experience in HR generalist activities including recruitment management. Strong understanding of payroll administration (payroll processing) and salary processing. Proficiency in performance appraisal systems and attendance management software. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
