Job Title HR Executive Shift Timings – Rotational Shift Location – Hyderabad Work Module – In office (Monday to Friday) Experience Required - 2+ Years Job Summary – The HR Associate is responsible for managing human resources functions specifically tailored to the department. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures. The HR Associate ensures that staffing needs are met while supporting the development and retention of talent. Key Responsibilities – Recruitment & Staffing: 1. Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and job requirements. 2. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent. 3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for positions, candidate screening, interviews, and offers. 4. Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, if needed. Onboarding & Training: 1. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. 2. Facilitate orientation programs and training sessions specific to roles. Employee Relations: 1. Address employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance and support to staff. 2. Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge satisfaction and address issues. 3. Ensure that staff understand and adhere to company policies and procedures. Performance Management: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes for employees. 2. Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback. 3. Identify and address performance issues and create development plans. HR Policies & Compliance: 1. Ensure HR practices comply with legal regulations and company policies. 2. Update and communicate HR policies and procedures as needed. 3. Handle HR documentation and maintain accurate records for employees. Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Proven experience of 1+ years in HR, with a focus on recruitment and management preferred. Recruitment in the BPO sector is preferred. Strong understanding of roles, technologies, and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
