Job Title: HR Executive Experience: 1-3 Years Location: Bangalore Department: Human Resources Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience to play a pivotal role in our recruitment and onboarding processes while assisting the HR Head with broader HR functions. The ideal candidate will drive effective talent acquisition, manage smooth onboarding experiences, and support various HR operations to ensure a positive and compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions. Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. Coordinate and schedule interviews, managing candidate communications throughout the hiring process. Oversee the onboarding process, including offer rollouts, documentation, orientation sessions, and initial training. 2. HR Operations & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and attendance logs. Assist in preparing payroll documentation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Manage employment confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities. 3. Employee Engagement & HR Support: Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events. Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering a positive work culture. Support the HR Head in implementing HR policies, performance management processes, and other strategic HR initiatives. 4. Policy Implementation & Compliance: Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to labor laws, PF, ESI, and other regulatory requirements. 5. Reporting & Analysis: Generate HR reports and dashboards for management review. Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making. Key Skills & Competencies: In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Educational Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding. This role is ideal for a candidate eager to contribute to a dynamic HR team and drive efficient HR practices across the organization.
