Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide them with shortlisted profiles. Ensure timely joining formalities for new hires by coordinating with relevant departments. Perform background verifications and onboarding processes for new employees. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources generalist activities. Strong understanding of HR operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes. Proficiency in using tools like Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
