Attendance & Leave Management: Ensure employees are all briefed about their attendance, leave policies and monitor them on a day to day basis. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with HR rules and regulations, labour laws, ESI, PF, etc., Employee Relations : Building trust, addressing grievances, and maintaining a positive work environment. Adaptability : Staying updated with HR trends, technology, and workforce dynamics.
