This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional eager to grow in a dynamic, employee-centric environment . Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and reference checks. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Manage exit formalities and ensure smooth offboarding procedures. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies. Employee Engagement & Performance Management Support employee engagement programs and initiatives. Assist in performance management processes and training programs. HR Administration & Reporting Organize and manage HR reports, data, and documentation. Participate in special HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR functions. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software and HRIS systems. Soft Skills: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Detail-oriented and methodical in managing HR processes.
