Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Coordinate with Business managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct preliminary screenings of candidates through phone or video interviews to assess their suitability for the role. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire recruitment lifecycle. Ensure a smooth onboarding Manage RnR & Employee Engagement Activities Conduct Campus interviews & Job fairs Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers made Interested candidates with relevant experience can share their resume to salvin.sivadas@burmanhospitality.com
