Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll administration for employees. Handle grievances and redressal processes in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in HR generalist or similar role. B.Com degree from a recognized university (Any specialization). MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of attendance management systems, leave tracking software, and payroll processing tools.
