Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding). Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Manage and Create Training calendar and sharing the same with the group for Meeting. Handle payroll processing and employee benefits. Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Manage employee grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Support performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement activities. Organize training and development programs for employee growth. Scheduling meetings of HODs and Stakeholders Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and facility management. Manage vendor coordination for office supplies, utilities, and service contracts. Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for staff. Maintain records of company assets (IT equipment, office supplies, safety gear). Supervise security and maintenance activities. Ensure workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance
