Education: MBA in HR preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years Experienced Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Location: Work from office - Thoraipakkam, OMR Chennai Working Hours: 9.30 AM - 7.30 PM (1-hour break included) Commitment: Minimum 2 years and 3 months of growth together. Role Overview The HR Executive is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring a positive work environment, and maintaining compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The role involves talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, payroll administration, and HR analytics to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Source and screen candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Conduct initial HR interviews to assess cultural and skill fit. Manage recruitment documentation and compliance. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as the primary contact for employee concerns and grievances. Organize engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction. Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys. Promote open communication and a positive work environment. 3. HR Policies & Compliance Develop, update, and communicate HR policies. Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions. Conduct compliance training sessions. 4. Performance Management & Learning Development Assist in setting up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees. Facilitate performance reviews and feedback discussions. Identify training needs and organize development programs. Support career growth and succession planning. 5. Payroll & Benefits Administration Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement. Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, bonuses, and incentives. Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies. Keep track of compensation trends and recommend necessary adjustments. 6. HR Data Management & Reporting Maintain and update employee records in HRMS software. Generate HR reports on attrition, recruitment status, and performance trends. Ensure data privacy and compliance with HR regulations. Utilize HR analytics for strategic decision-making. 7. Workplace Culture & Diversity Initiatives Promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity. Organize workshops on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Encourage employee well-being programs.
