We are now looking for a dedicated and results-driven Manager - Admissions to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our student recruitment efforts. Role Overview: The HR Executive will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, training, and compliance with labor laws. This role is key to supporting our HR team and ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: · Recruitment & Onboarding : Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation. · Employee Relations : Act as the first point of contact for employee’s HR-related queries. Support the resolution of employee conflicts and concerns. Help maintain positive working relationships and a healthy work environment. · Performance Management : Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems. Support managers in employee development and performance improvement plans. · Training & Development : Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees. Track and report on training progress and employee participation. · HR Documentation & Compliance : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Ensure HR practices comply with company policies, legal requirements, and regulations. Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics as needed. · Payroll & Benefits Administration : Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration. Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping of employee attendance, leave, and payroll data. Key Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in an HR role (preferred). Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Why Join Us?
