Job Description

Role & responsibilities Summary of essential job functions The role will involve working closely with the HR Managers and the leader in site activities that include employee engagement, EWS, focus group discussions, vendor management, business partnering and stakeholder management. Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience) Bachelors degree mandatorily, with MBA degree advantageous Prior HR experience ranging between 1-5 years Hands-on experience working with lean HR teams Competency Requirements: [Technical & Behavioral] Multitasker with high level of attention at work Quick learner, good analytical and critical thinker Strong ability to work with lean teams Job Responsibilities To involve in designing and delivery of employee engagement activities on the site Coordinate with vendors and admin teams with respect to logistical support needed to conduct employee engagement events To manage employee benefits program at the site with the help of the HR site leader Resolve employee grievances, site issues, offer guidance and motivate floor staff to be at their best Accommodate new joiners during the peak, conduct and/or organize pulse check meetings, focus group discussions etc. Manage program stakeholders as and when needed by the business To carefully prepare various HR reports and derive insights based on data enabling the HR managers take the right decision Performance Measures [Metrics for evaluating Job Holders] Stakeholder Management Employee Engagement Index EWS efficacy HR Dashboards & Reports Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
