HR Data Analyst

Job Description: You will support the HR team with HR Data analysis and reporting activities. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining organization people data regularly, ensuring accurate records are kept, and providing HR data support for organization transformation programs. Your key responsibilities will be: - Maintaining and updating Organization structure in the OrgVue system - Coordinating Headcount approvals process and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting - Reconciling data between Workday and other HR systems, conducting regular audits, and improving data quality - Developing and maintaining HR Dashboard for the business - Supporting Org change and transformation programs with timely and quality headcount information - Providing regular reports on organization HR Data to key stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Graduate with 2-3 years of industry experience - Experience in data entry, data management, and report development - Strong Excel skills - Good communication skills - Team player - Knowledge of HR tools like HRMS systems, Workday, OrgVue, Oracle, etc. (Desirable) - Knowledge of Data visualization tools like PowerBI (Desirable) Additionally, the job type is Contractual / Temporary for a duration of 6 months. Please ensure you have worked on OrgVue or Workday HRMS system. Your work location will be in person.,
