Job description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR cum Business Development Executive to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing both human resources and customer relationship functions. This position requires a unique blend of skills in employee management, recruitment, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage recruitment processes and onboard new employees. Handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. Present & pitch products/services effectively to potential clients. Develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets. Oversee and maintain our CRM systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with various departments to improve customer experience and resolve issues. Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve services and products. Requirements: Candidate must be from Dehradun or willing to relocate. Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR and CRM roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Experience with CRM software and customer service. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
