Compliance Executive:

A Compliance Executive ensures a company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies by developing compliance programs, creating internal controls, and conducting audits. Key responsibilities include staying updated on regulatory changes, providing training to staff, performing risk assessments, and advising management on compliance matters. The role's primary goal is to mitigate risks and promote a culture of ethical conduct within the organization. Key responsibilities

• Policy and program development: Draft and revise company policies to ensure regulatory compliance, and develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs
• Monitoring and auditing: Create internal controls, monitor adherence to them, and conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and address issues promptly.
• Risk management: Evaluate the effectiveness of existing compliance systems and develop strategies to reduce regulatory risk exposure.
• Staff training and communication: Provide training to employees on compliance-related matters, keep them informed of legal changes, and act as a liaison between departments and senior management.
• Regulatory reporting: Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities as required.
• Advisory services: Offer day-to-day guidance to employees on policy interpretation and help management understand the regulatory implications of business initiatives.

Payroll Executive:

A Payroll Executive's job description includes managing and processing payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Key responsibilities involve calculating wages, managing withholdings and deductions, and handling payroll-related issues and inquiries. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and often includes managing benefits administration and collaborating with HR and finance departments. Core responsibilities

• Payroll processing: Calculate wages, manage time and attendance, and process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Compliance and deductions: Ensure all payroll activities comply with government regulations, and manage tax, social security, and other deductions.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit payroll and tax-related reports, including quarterly and annual returns.
• Issue resolution: Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or employee queries.
• Software management: Manage and stay updated with payroll software and systems.
