Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Department: Human Resources Location: Noida Sector 04 Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) with 3 years of experience to support business units by aligning HR strategies with business goals. The HRBP will play a key role in driving talent engagement, performance management, employee relations, and overall people strategy while collaborating closely with business leaders and HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing HR guidance and support. Partner with business units to understand workforce needs and deliver aligned HR solutions. Support and execute key HR initiatives such as talent management, performance reviews, and succession planning. Handle employee relations issues sensitively and proactively, ensuring compliance with company policy and labor laws. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce performance and engagement. Drive employee engagement initiatives and support organizational culture-building activities. Work with the Learning & Development team to identify and address training needs. Support recruitment teams in sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent where needed.
