Role : HR Business Partner (IT Services) Location : Vadodara Department : Human Resources Resource Background : IT Services/Software Product Job Summary As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) , you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will work closely with business leaders and employees to drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. This role requires a proactive HR professional with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Employee Engagement & Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, ensuring a positive work environment. Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts effectively. Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction. Talent Management & Development: Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback. Assist in identifying training and development needs and coordinating learning programs. Work with managers to create career development plans for employees. Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure seamless hiring and onboarding. Support hiring managers in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies. Conduct HR orientation sessions and ensure smooth integration of new hires. HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate HR records and support audits as required. HR Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics such as employee turnover, engagement scores, and performance trends. Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data to improve workforce management. Culture & Organizational Development: Promote company values and foster an inclusive and diverse work culture. Organize employee wellness and engagement programs. Assist in driving organizational change initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience (apart from internship) in HR business partnering, employee engagement, or generalist roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Proactive problem-solving ability and conflict resolution skills.
