About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to employees and business leaders.
  • Provide support in Employee Relations, Disciplinary management, and Grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Labour laws, HR policies and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate HR processes including Performance Management, Compensation, Talent Development, and Workforce Planning.
  • Support leadership teams in decision-making through analytics and insights.
  • Handle vendor management, contract labour management, and statutory documentation.
  • Support change management, cultural development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage HR systems (SAP / Workday) and maintain HR data accuracy and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in a

    manufacturing / plant / factory setup

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    Industrial Relations & Labour Laws

    .
  • Experience in

    HRBP / Generalist / ER roles

    .
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with

    SAP HR / Workday

    or any HRMS tools.
