Job Title:

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic HR partner to employees and business leaders.
Provide support in Employee Relations, Disciplinary management, and Grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Labour laws, HR policies and statutory requirements.
Coordinate HR processes including Performance Management, Compensation, Talent Development, and Workforce Planning.
Support leadership teams in decision-making through analytics and insights.
Handle vendor management, contract labour management, and statutory documentation.
Support change management, cultural development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage HR systems (SAP / Workday) and maintain HR data accuracy and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in a
manufacturing / plant / factory setup
.
Strong knowledge of
Industrial Relations & Labour Laws
.
Experience in
HRBP / Generalist / ER roles
.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with
SAP HR / Workday
or any HRMS tools.
