HR Business Partner (People & Culture)

Role Summary:

The HR Business Partner (People & Culture) will act as a strategic advisor and partner to all departments, ensuring alignment between people practices and organizational goals. Understanding of the real estate businessincluding project sites, sales functions, and support teams—would be an added advantage for driving engagement, performance, and talent outcomes through a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection with a smooth experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Analyze talent trends, compensation insights, and competitor hiring patterns and convert insights into hiring recommendations.
• Develop strong hiring processes to close open positions with low TAT while ensuring top-quality hires.
• Implement innovative solutions such as CTC structuring, bonds, retention bonuses, and other agreements.

2. Strategic Partnership

• Support organization design, workforce planning, budgeting, and succession planning.
• Advise management on talent strategy, performance, and culture alignment.
• Coach managers on performance feedback and leadership behaviors.
• Identify learning and development needs and deliver required programs.
• Build partnerships with universities for internships and campus placements.

3. Performance Management Systems

• Support implementation of the performance management process.
• Establish KRAs and KPIs and create unbiased monitoring systems.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Design and execute engagement initiatives across teams and project sites.
• Monitor employee sentiment and recommend proactive interventions.
• Promote company values, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.

5. Compliances

• Stay updated on statutory compliances and ensure implementation across the organization.
