Role & responsibilities Overall, should have around 5-7 years of experience in managing HRIS. Should have knowledge around managing HRMIS like Headcount, payroll, CTC, HR Dashboards in excel and on HR tools. Should have good exposure in managing data analysis, calculations. Should have experience in managing HR Compliance (PF,ESIC) along with managing challans. Manage in-Depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with Legal / Finance department as needed/required. Ensuring to maintain regular employee database along with accuracy. Need hands-on experience in managing employee queries related to CTC structure, exit, payouts, etc. Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their client group. Educate employees on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions. Preferred candidate profile Should have good communication skills. Ability to manage employee relations. Need hands-on experience in managing employee engagement, employee connects. Managing stakeholders, employee queries, escalations Driving adherence to policy and processes Retention management and Data analysis.
