Position: HR Business Partner Location: Noida, WFO Shift: General Shift Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will work closely with senior leaders and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can act as a trusted advisor, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR policies while fostering a positive workplace culture. Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on HR-related matters, offering strategic guidance and solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Design and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention. Conduct regular surveys, feedback sessions, and pulse checks to assess employee satisfaction and recommend actionable improvements. Organize team-building activities, workshops, and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace environment. Serve as a point of contact for addressing and resolving employee grievances in a fair and timely manner. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee relations matters. Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Update policies to align with evolving business needs and statutory requirements. Ensure effective communication of policies across the organization. Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. Provide training to managers and employees on performance evaluation best practices. Identify high performers and collaborate on career progression plans. Conduct internal audits to ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with legal requirements and organizational standards. Lead the preparation and facilitation of external audits, ensuring HR documentation and records are accurate and up to date. Analyse audit results and recommend improvements or corrective actions to HR processes and system. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track progress on corrective actions. Job Requirements: Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field. Experience: 4-8 years in HRBP or similar roles, ideally in the IT/Cloud industry. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
