Role Overview: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a crucial role in managing HR strategies, supporting leadership, and ensuring smooth employee relations in the night shift environment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution strategies. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and productivity. Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans. Monitor workforce trends and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making. Assist with onboarding and retention strategies for night shift employees. Conduct HR audits and maintain accurate employee records. Implement and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and development. Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure seamless HR operations. What You Should Have: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a night shift role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience in handling large teams and working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
