Role Overview: As an HR Business Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, you will be responsible for translating engagement and culture strategies into actionable plans. You will proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement activities within specified timelines. Your role will involve being the go-to person for implementing change management initiatives for employees, conducting regular check-ins to assess satisfaction levels, and working with managers to address any areas of concern.
