We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, including campus hiring, lateral recruitment for senior leadership roles, employee engagement, training & development, HR budget management, and manpower onboarding. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring alignment of HR practices with organizational goals. Should have Experience in Lateral Hiring Should have Experience in Employee Engagement & RnR Proven experience in campus hiring and leadership recruitment . Education: MBA - HR from Good College Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Campus Hiring: Develop and execute strategies for campus hiring to attract top talent from universities and institutes. Manage lateral hiring processes for mid-to-senior leadership roles, ensuring a strong talent pipeline. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closure of positions. Build relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and hiring platforms. Employee Engagement & Development : Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction. Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and drive initiatives to improve retention. Lead training and development programs, including leadership development, skill enhancement, and succession planning. Work with department heads to identify training needs (TNI/TNA) and create a structured learning roadmap. HR Budget & Manpower Planning : Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for recruitment, training, engagement, and employee benefits. Handle manpower planning and workforce forecasting to support business growth. Optimize recruitment costs and track return on investment (ROI) for HR initiatives. Onboarding & Compliance : Oversee end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies. Maintain HR records, dashboards, and reports for decision-making. Strategic HR Partnering : Act as an HR advisor to business leaders, providing data-driven insights on workforce trends and challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR policies with business objectives. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
