Role Overview

We are seeking an

HR & Business Operations Officer

who can handle

end-to-end people operations

while also driving

business processes and execution

. This is not a traditional HR role focused only on hiring — instead, it’s about

building teams, processes, and systems

that will help us scale. You will be part of the

core team

, ensuring that the organization runs smoothly while also aligning people, processes, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage HR policies, onboarding, and engagement for equity-based startup teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, gyms, and wellness partners for operational execution.
  • Oversee business operations: vendor coordination, agreements, process creation, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance and documentation for hospital and healthcare operations.
  • Support funding readiness and stakeholder management by coordinating with advisors, consultants, and partners.
  • Work closely with the founder to execute projects and pilots across multiple cities.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of startups and early-stage organizations.
  • Experience in HR, business operations, or administration (healthcare exposure is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal team + hospital partners).
  • Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and process management.
  • Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, equity-only environment.
