Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment of Frontliners for high-volume hiring campaigns.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a large, diverse talent pool.
  • Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen a high volume of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Prepare and present shortlisted candidate profiles to hiring teams.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate compensation and benefits.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Assist with candidate onboarding, Culture development and training after the hiring process is complete.

Sourcing Expertise, Interviewing & Assessment, Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking & Adaptability & Flexibility

Qualification Required:

BE/ B Tech, MBA (Human Resource), MSW

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
