As an HR Associate, you will engage in various HR functions and projects designed to provide you with a broad understanding of our organization and HR principles. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations: Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, record maintenance, and HR documentation. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Participate in talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and programs aimed at fostering a positive work environment. Organize and participate in company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs. New Hire Orientation: Facilitate the orientation process for new employees, ensuring they are well-acquainted with company policies, culture, and their specific roles and responsibilities. Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns. Support the resolution of employee issues in a fair and consistent manner. Qualifications and Requirements: Master s degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in HR or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse groups. Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
