Responsible for recruitment of doctors as per client requirements Sourcing the candidate (Utilise various source like portals, networking & Referrals to Create a pipeline of Qualified Candidates) Candidate Shortlisting ( Review & Shortlist the candidate of same parameters required by the client & Conduct a primarily interview) Interview Coordination ( Co ordination & Schedule the interview with the reporting manager/ Client and the Candidate ) Candidate Management (Build & Maintain the strong relationship with Client / Candidate & provide the regular update on the status) Offer & Negotiation (Manage the offer process, Include negotiations,& make ensure to have smooth Joining Process. Data Management & Reporting ( Maintain the accurate data on CRM with all the details required & Current status & generate the reports on recruitment performance
