We are looking for an HR Associate to support our recruiting process along with operational responsibilities from start to finish. Responsibilities include posting jobs ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. Key Responsibilities: Understand the process pertaining to Recruitment and Selection such as Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Offer and Pre-joining Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc. Screen candidate s resumes and job applications. Assess applicant s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated. SAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports Qualifications/Requirement: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making skills. Familiarity with the latest technology. Solid ability to interact with candidates. Flexible with timing
